THE REAL PIZZA AL TAGLIO ROMANA
We are two real cousins from Emilia Romagna, north of Italy. Here we combine the best ingredients of our region with our Pizza al taglio (Pizza by the cut), a 72h FERMENTED dough made with stone milled organic flour from heritage grains.
THE FOOD: Our food is real, organic and rustic, we work together with farms and small producers from Emilia Romagna and other Italian regions importing directly the best products of our lands.
